Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every Hemant Fresh order is hand-packed and moved through an unbroken, temperature-controlled cold chain so your fruit arrives at its peak. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. Most metro and major cities are covered. Some remote or non-serviceable locations may be unavailable for perishable shipments — if we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund the order in full. We currently ship within India only; export and wholesale dispatch is arranged separately through our enquiry desk.

2. Dispatch & delivery timelines

• Dispatch: orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, subject to harvest and seasonal availability.
• Metro & major cities: typically 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• Other serviceable areas: typically 3–6 working days from dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees — perishable logistics can be affected by weather, festivals or courier delays. We send order updates by email as your order moves, and you can track status anytime under My Orders.

3. Delivery charges

A flat delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your cart. Orders above our free-delivery threshold ship free, and selected everyday value items ship free — the exact amount is always displayed in your order summary, with no hidden charges.

4. Packaging & the cold chain

Fruit is sealed and shipped chilled to preserve freshness in transit. Please refrigerate your fruit on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or below grade, our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how we replace or refund it.

5. Failed delivery & address accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive a perishable shipment. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable, we may be unable to re-attempt with perishable goods; in such cases a refund, where due, follows our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
